Refund policy

We truly hope your VOLIÀ Atelier piece feels like it belongs to you.
Still, we understand that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right, and that’s okay.

We gently encourage mindful purchasing: returns can have an environmental impact, and choosing thoughtfully helps us care for the world we create in together.

Return policy 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: returns are not accepted for items purchased from concept stores or pop-up shops.

To be eligible, your piece must be in the same condition as when it arrived and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@voliaatelier.com. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (99 kr for the return shipping in Sweden, 15 EUR elsewhere.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Packages sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Lost or missing parcels

Once a parcel leaves our Atelier, responsibility lies with the carrier. VOLIÀ Atelier cannot be held accountable for delays, lost, or stolen packages once delivery has occurred.

Damages and issues

Please note that each piece of jewelry is handcrafted from natural materials, so subtle variations are a part of its charm and character. These variations, formed by nature, make your piece uniquely yours.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
