Where do you curate the pieces?

Each piece is curated with love and care. We mainly source our treasures from small boutique second-hand shops in Scandinavia and France. We handle the entire process for you and deliver pre-loved pieces that feel fresh, whole, and unique.

What is the condition of the pieces?

We only curate high-quality, complete garments. Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure excellent condition. However, as they are pre-loved, minor imperfections may occur — we believe that’s part of their charm.

What if I’m unsure about sizing?

We always aim to describe the fit as accurately as possible. If you're still unsure, feel free to email us at info@voliaatelier.com, we’re happy to guide you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship within Europe. If you're located outside of Europe, please email us at info@voliaatelier.com and we’ll arrange international shipping for you.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped the same or next business day. Delivery times are typically 2–3 business days within Sweden and 2–5 business days across the rest of Europe.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it easy to return.
